Uses and examples of User Reserved Information

Does anyone have any practical uses for the new User Reserved programs shown on the menu G0055? I have looked at some of the manuals and searched the Knowledge Garden and don't see much if any information about their setup and use. Also are there links, command keys, or automatic extensions from the base files to the user reserved files (F0101 to  F0155 or F0006 to F0055)?
