RFQ is creating with negative sequence ??

I AM RECEIVING AN UNEXPECTED ERROR

While I am creating the RFQ directly (with requisition by using autocreate form), I am receiving an unexpected Issuse that RFQ is overlapping the document sequence and careating in negative document sequence.
