Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Blank SR screen

I still have the same problem that was addressed in a closed SR. When I try to view the SR, all I get are the stats (right side) and a blank area where normally the SR detail is displayed.

What must I do to display the detail of this particular SR; I don't necessarily want to re-open the SR.
