COGS Recognition event is not working for all transactions

Hi,

We are getting trouble in recognition of COGS, we ran all COGS recognition processes (without any error) but following accounting entry is not taking effect for all sale order shipments;

DR: Cost of Goods Sold

CR: Deferred Cost of Goods Sold

would somebody please help me to identify the reason?
