PO approval using SmarterMail Enterprise 12.2

Hi,

I using Oracle EBS R12.2.3

My company is using an E-mail system call SmarterMail Enterprise 12.2

When I created a PO and submit it for approval.

EBS will send an E-mail to the approver for approval.

In normal case for  MS-exchange, outlook, Lotus Mail, when you open the E-mail, and press 'approve', the system will auto create a reply E-mail. All the user need to do is just press 'Send'

With SmarterMail Enterprise 12.2, when use press 'Approve', the system starts up the Outlook on the local client. The problem we are not Outlook.

Any help in tryign to get SmarterMail to work
