Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Support Team,

We are on RPM12.x and would like to know the following.

Created New promotion and couldn't find the relevant records in POS_MOD table.

Please explain me the reasons , why we cant see the items in pos_mod table once the promotion is in Active / Approved status.

Any RMS-RPM integration issue?

Kindly suggest in detail.
