One media assest fails to load

Hi,

one of my user created om asset of slide( my flex). Now what happen is that we have more 100s of such asset but for few asset that they created, Sites application through content server error.

Kindly see the screenshort attached. Also, I found the following error in logs (not sure it is related to this issue or some other as the asset ID mentioned in logs match no asset ID that user created). Also I tried to look in ADVcols tables and my flex table and was unabel to find the duplicate entry for that asset Id that user has created.
