Issue with spread method - prop

Hi,

I am creating custom measures (WS version) in mfp to view sales measures at store level. I want the measures to be spread from the channel level to store level proportionately using a custom menu.

After I enter values at the channel level and click the custom menu, the values are getting replicated to store level.

Attached are the measures and rules I have written along with the screenshot of the application after running the custom menu

Any idea why the measures are not spreading proportionately instead of replicating?
