OMW failed to check in after change is made

This is IBM AS400 db...wondering if below method can able to fix this error

OS: SQLPKG on AS/400 has Reached its MAX Size (Doc ID 629275.1)

User tried to check out T object and modified the object. but whenever it checked in..it failed whereas if they check in without admenment..it could check in
