hr_maintain_proposal_api.delete_salary_proposal

HI All,

When I am trying to delete salary record from API(hr_maintain_proposal_api.delete_salary_proposal)/Front end application getting below error message

" You cannot delete the first proposal after a salary basis change, if there are future proposals existing"

Employee have only one assignment and salary record.

Oracle Application version: 12.1.3

Kindly advice.
