Summary panel missing in sr region, unable to check attachments.

Hello,

Kindly I have a customer who needs help. He is admin on the csi and can not check attachments on technical sr. the only way and link which lead to attachments should appear at the right panel in MOS portal, when selecting a service request to be displayed, specially making sure that the small arrow is clicked to expand the right panel.

The customer doesn't have this panel , however the arrow expending the panel is set as if the panel is appearing normally.

All notes found explain how attachments can be checked through this summary panel appearing at the right but what if this panel doesn't show up?
