How to return a custom error message in web service output file

Hi,

In Siebel 7.7 the customer was able to return a custom error message along with the standard error numbers

After upgrade to 8.1.1.11.7 [IP2013] the output message contains the siebel standard error nummbers, the custom error part containg CDATA section is missing and not displayed anymore.

Is any manual adaption needed ?
