BPA price upload fails in Swedish

Hi,

We are in Oracle apps R12.1.3.

Languages installed : English & Swedish

While doing price upload in BPA through iprocurement from the standard excel template in english, the upload fails with error on language setting.

Any idea why is this so and what is the solution?
