Email delivery Tracking Number

We do dropship sales orders.  So this will create a PO.  Once the PO is received the SO will be shipped and closed.

When buyer is doing the receiving of the Po then enter the tracking number in Waybill number field of the receipt number.

During receiving of the PO sometimes it will be email shipment, so there is no physical shipment.  The email address are more than 30 characters, but the waybill number field is only 30 characters.

Does oracle provide any other field to enter the email address?
