Importing VM into VM Server 2.2.1

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Hi All, i m struggling to add one VM machine into a fresh installed OVS 2.2.1 Server  and i haven't installed OVM .i installed OVS on Oracle Virtualbox. but i am failing. i m really new to OVS . can any body help me how i import VM machine into the OVS. below the config file .
