Can we change the Project Organization of an existing project?

Hi All,

We use Company Cost Centre type of organizations as Project Organization at the time of project creation. For some existing projects, we need to change the project organization. The new project org would be part of the same Project Hierarchy. System allow us to change the project org from Help --> Diagnostic --> Examin.

Just wanted to know if this would create problem in any of the future transaction, such as time booking, time transfer, cost distribution, ap invoice booking, revenue/invoice generation?
