Internet Explorer Error when Generating PDF Report in Oracle BI Publisher

Hi Experts!

Our customer got the error while running Oracle BI Publisher reports in PDF format through Internet Explorer (the screens are in attached files).

For Client server Windows 2003/2008 it goes with one error:

'The file is damaged and could not be repaired. Local\EWHhgza+$!+'

For Client server Windows 2012 it goes with another error:

'There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (103:103)'

It reproduces only at customer side with following criteria:

1) It occurs just in several reports that have more than 3 thousands data

2) It occurs only in Internet Explorer (with Mozilla PDF output runs correct)
