Setting up JAS server in P9654A under JAVA Application Server

I have follow the instructions for External Mail Setup (DOC ID 1206873.1) completly on our non-production server. Everything is working correctly including the email link for Requisition Approvals (P43081). I did have to delete the current setup for our non-production JAS server under the JAVA Applicaition Server in the Work with Locations and Machines (P9654A) and create a new record with correct Port number. The Port number for both our non-production and production servers were set at 80. After working with Oracle support they advise the Port number was not correct.Not sure if this was an out of the box configuration or not. I did only change the non-production server currently
