Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Tracking RMA through Order Organizer.

Hi,

How to track the RMA through Order Organizer.

I tried to track the RMA through Order Organizer by entering Order Source as Copy and Order Source Reference as Original Order no.

Its showing the Results only if the RMA is in Entered status. If its Booked / Closed then Organizer is not showing the Results.
