I am trying to get an update on the Siebel 8.1.x Tools crashing when using IE9

Does anybody know if this issue has been addressed yet?  I would like to upgrade from IE8 to IE9, but I kow there were numerous issues using Tools when IE9 is installed.  I cannot find anything on Supportweb when I search for it.  Any experiences would be appreciated.
