Database Performance Metrices!

Hello All


Not sure if this is the right forum for this question.  I am trying to get some advice/suggestions on database performance matrices for Oracle EBS install. We have a database which currently holds an Oracle EBS R12 instance. We recently acquired a big company and hence we are not sure if the existing hardware is sufficient enough for transaction load for that new company.

We plan to do a volume/stress test and find it out.

Other than CPU usage and time taken to run a process, what all other metrics we should be measuring?
