Sorting issue exporting data from a list applet to Excel

Hi all

I have a user that is experiencing strange behavior when she exports data from a list applet in Siebel to a csv file.  After the data is all exported, she clicks the Open button to open it in Excel.  The data is all there, but it is not following the date sort order in the applet and appears to be randomly arranged. At other times, the export comes out in the proper order.  In fact, we can export it and it is wrong, go right back and export it again and it is fine.  When we manually sort the data
