Regarding OE

Hello,

I am pretty new to E1 and this is the first year I am going thru OE (2014 - 2015) process and we do have a few big changes. First, we are moving to one medical plan (called Dewberry Medical Plan) and no longer offering medical plans we offered last year (2013 - 2014).  What I like to do as follow:

1.  Stop both medical plan (2013 - 2014) at company level so that they don't show under benefit group.  FYI - I put an end date to plans but didn't work.

2.  Create 3 new medical plans (2014 -2015) for options as employee, employee +1, and family

3.  Move every employees who elected medical plan(s) from 2013 - 2014 to a new medical plan(s) for 2014 - 2015.  Looking for auto feature (i.e. JDE program) to make this happen.  Is there a program to handle this type of action?
