PBCS[Planning Budgeting Cloud Solutions ] - Where would the data be stored?

Hyperion community/Gurus like John Goodwin,

I was attending a webinar yesterday thru Ranzal where in an expert from oracle described about PBCS[Planning Budgeting Cloud Solution].

I understand it is the new flavor of Hyperion from Oracle for cloud environment.

I asked below question and was never answered. I thought I can get it clarified here.. Thks in advance

Understood PBCS is going to be in Oracle Cloud(spread in many country's data centers, secured .....blah..blah).

My question was, Where would be the data (Essbase and Oracle(RDBMS) which is a part of Hyperion architecture be in that cloud?,
