Mobile Application (ProcessOrderApproval) not configured

Hi

I have tried  to  configure M43081  to be able to display options / calling different versions, when running the Purchase order approval App  but  still can not see anything when running the app, just displaying  no purchase order to approve

Is there  any set up missing?

Note:  works  fine  with  Sales Inquiries though
