Upgrading OEM to 12.1.0.4 - need to locate BIP 11.1.1.7 post upgrade instructions

We're preparing to upgrade OEM 12.1.0.3 to 12.1.0.4.  Per Oracle docs, a new version BIP is installed.  OEM 12.1.0.3 uses BIP 11.1.1.6.

In OEM 12.1.0.4 it uses BIP 11.1.1.7.  I've searched far and wide for post upgrade instructions for BIP and haven't found any.

Does anyone know of any post upgrade instructions?  We want to know what to do with our existing 11.1.1.6 reports and BIP user accounts ... etc.
