3rdparty JAR Files for SES and SWSE 8.1.1.11 no longer required ?

Could not find the below Third-party JAR Files for Siebel CRM Version 8.1.1.11 , Platform : Windows_x64 :

■ SBA_8.1.1.11_Base_Windows_Siebel_Enterprise_Server_3rdparty.jar

■ SBA_8.1.1.11_Base_Windows_Siebel_Web_Server_Extension_3rdparty.jar

Including these 3rd party JARS are no longer required in order to create a Siebel Network Image ?

Checked in the latest Siebel Installation Guide for Windows (April 2014) , but there too it is mentioned that these JARS are needed. Please Confirm.
