Hi,

I have bellow question.

EBS : R 12.1.3

2 node RAC and 2 node PCP.

Due to some issue, we rebooted PCP node 1, but before that all services was stopped by adstpall.sh command on PCP node 1

From ICM log on PCP node1

After server reboot we have started all services (no cm clean was run )
