Is Oracle Solaris 11 supported on Vmware

Hi,

    I want to know if Oracle supports the Solaris 11 x86 installations on Vmware virtual machines. Many years back I found an article for support on Oracle 11g DB and it was mentioned that when the issue is not replicated on physical machines then it will be rejected. I hope there must be improvement on vmware based installations. I tried searching on my own from kb / community articles felt like it's a ocean of data out there, so raised this question. I am sure this info is available in the kb somewhere but looks like I am not searching properly.
