qualifiers of Natural Account

Hi,

How to find qualifiers of natural account using SQL query.

Eg. If i would like to find how many third pary control accounts defined, how can i find this natural accounts using sql query. I refererred fnd_flex_values table but there is no such columns like Thrid pary control,allow budeting, allow posting..... From which table i can find this values for account.
