contract lines are not visible in Contracts lines tab

I tried to process and amendment to contract 0000030724 in PSFT and it did not pull through 2 of the lines that I needed in my amendment. The process skipped adding lines 2 and 3 and added line 4 only. Can you help me pull those other lines through the amendment? Is there a fix? any help is highly appreciated.
