"Position" form(HR OEBS R12) is not active after applying Patches 14825718 and 17303472

Hi there!

We applied patches Patch 14825718 and Patch 17303472 in Oracle EBS R12 on week-end. Today we got some problems with 'Position' forms. Before applying Position --> Description was active and could be edited in Global Super User responsibilities. After patching it is not able to edit all the fields in the form are not active.  Need help what profile or what setting should we check out? What can make an influence on the form?
