MTL MATERIAL TRANSACTIONS FOR LCM Pre receiving

Hello,

Why does the table mtl_material_transactions show 2 records for transaction_source_name 'LCM ADJUSTMENTS'  for 1 single transaction. It is showing 2 records for the same transaction quantity for LCM in Preceiving Mode. File attached.

Is this intended. Can someone provide clarity on this.
