Not able to pick release - Item with Restricted subinventory

Customer is in OPM 12.1.3. Item is defined with  'restrict subinevntories' . Stock is available  for this item in a subinventory 'A' and  this item has been added under the subinevntory.  While doing the pick release following error appear.

g_del_detail_ids.count ==> 1
Could not Create Move Order Line for Delivery Detail 158505
Delete Line 9.990000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
000000000000000000000000000E+125
  Deleting trolin line ==> is FND_API.G_MISS_NUM
  Deleting detail line ==> 158505

This item has  been pick released successfully earlier and there is no hold on the Sales order. Any help in this issue is appreciated.
