Need Vertax file for R12 Ebtax Rate load file

Hi All,

Looking for sample .dat file  for Tax Rate load from Vertax which need to be loaded in R12.We are in the process of upgrading to R12 and want to see the sample Vertax Tax Rate .dat file which can be imported in R12.

Need to see the fields and other information on the file.

Please help.
