Is it possible to change the text

on a Response Type in an Marketing eMail template?  We want to use the "One Click Unsub" response, but only want it to say "Unsubscribe".  I have tried changing the text after putting it in the template, but when I do that, it changes it from the response type to plain text.  I have looked in the KB on the support site as well as Bookshelf and cannot seem to find a definitive answer to this.  Anybody know if there is a way to do this?
