Fusion Client logging in Chrome

Hello,

in the known issues list from 13.4.3 patchset  I found the defect  18808035.

Users are often times unable to log in using Google Chrome. This is due to network latency. This issue is being researched with the ADF team.

We are on 13.4.1.* but also suffer from that. But the question, if this will be fixed in 13.4.3 branch or in 14.* branch? And does this bug take place in 14.0? Might be it make sense to upgrade to 14.0 but not 13.4.3?

I checked the known issues list from 14.0 but didn't manage to find anything about the 18808035 defect, that's why I'm asking.
