Can we create a PO with the same details as of existing one for another Operating Unit?

Can we create a PO with the same details as of existing one for another Operating Unit? Suppose a PO # 1234 is for OU 'VISION ABC', Can the same PO number and details be used for another OU 'VISION XYZ'?
