Sporadic Siebel CRM white screen with "false" in upper left corner

Hello...

We have seen a sporadic issue from which is causing a ton of dissatisfaction for our users

We are running Siebel v8.1.1.3 (we are moving to .11 soon) and IE8 on Windows server 2003 EE

Periodically, users will receive a white Siebel screen with the word "false" in the upper lefthand corner.  Sometime, but not always, this can be accompanied by a Script Error pop up window.  An example is attached

We have anecdotal reports that this also can occur after a problem in another IE window on the same desktop/laptop.

We are unable to replicate the issue

There seems to be very little in MOS or on line elsewhere which refers to this issue...it seems unlikely we are the only ones seeing this.
