when weblogic server logoffs, weblogic page cannot be accessed

Hi,

when my server logoffs for inactivity of 15mins where weblogic 10.3g installed, the weblogic console page (home page) cannot be accessed. I thought Admin server and Node manager will be running behind the screen even if server logoffs? Is there a way to running them if server logoffs after stipulated time. Please suggest
