New XML Payment Template is a no show

I created a new XML template for check payments and attached it to a payment profile as we did it in the past.However, when I got to the 'Templates' tab under "Payables Payment Manager Home' the template is not showing up. Wondering what's missing in the process. I an query up the template under responsibility, 'XML Publisher '.

Went through below processes:

a) Created a an XML template under using Payment Manager

b) Created a Payment Format and attached the XAML template in step a)

c) Set up bank account for check payment and attached teh payment format to the bank account
