Quantity difference between OSP job and releases

Dear All,

There are OSP jobs  OSP-1,OSP-2 stuck in pending move transactions window with error 'TRANSACTION_QUANTITY' and error message 'The transaction quantity exceeds the over completion tolerance set for the Job, Repetitive Line/Assembly, or the Organization' .We checked tolerance at job, WIP parameter and organization item level where there is no value has been set.Discrete jobs OSP-1,OSP-2 has been created for 160,320 quantity. As per setup in WIP parameters ,requisitions 38981,38983 has been created 160,320 quantity whereas releases 576,578 have 357,348 quantity .Subsequently receipts has been created 356,347 quantity.

There is only one opearion has been associated in two OSP jobs where PO Move resource linked.OSP job-1 is having 160 quantity in queue of the OSP operation and OSP job-2 is having 72 quantity in Queue of the OSP operation as 248 qty has been completed.WIP parameter PO requistion creation has been setup at Operation.
