E910 TR9.1.3.4 E1web fail to open form exit in P4310

Hi, jz wondering what happen to this TR 9.1.3.4.  Whenever change the user profile to CS - chinese language..the E1 web user would fail to click open form exit on this P4310 detail revision screen.

any advice ? It has no such error when using english language user profile
