understanding hash_chain_size and number of buckets

Hello,

I put a oradebug on library cache with

oradebug dump library_cache level 2

Belwo is the output

Hash Chain Size     Number of Buckets

Please suggest me what would this mean by hash_chain_size and number of buckets
