How to shrink SMON_SCN_TO_TIME_AUX cluster

Hi!

Due to some unmanaged AUD$ and AWR growth, my SYSAUX tablespace has grown to 25G. I have done a lot of cleanup and now there is only 1GB of real data use. However, I cannot shrink the datafile because the SMON_SCN_TO_TIME_AUX cluster is claiming space at the end of the datafile.

How can I shrink this cluster?
