Hi

Could any expert would sharing the relationship/different of parameter "css reboottime/disktimeout/misscount" , "_asm_hbeatiowait" ?

Thanks .

eg. If the multipathing software takes a little bit long time to failover path, and the multipathing software was tried it;s best to make failover faster,  which of the following parameter can be tuned ?

- css reboottime

- css disktimeout

- css misscount

- Hidden parameter "_asm_hbeatiowait"

1)reboottime (default 3 seconds) - the amount of time allowed for a node  to complete a reboot after the CSS daemon hasbeen evicted.

2)disktimeout (default 200 seconds) - the maximum amount of time allowed     for a voting file I/O to complete; if thistime is exceeded the voting disk will be marked as offline.  Note that this is also the amount of time that will be required for initial cluster formation, i.e. when no nodes have previously been up and in a cluster.

Howdy, Stranger!
