Inclusive row security guide on allowing this user

Hi, i got a client who requires to allow userA to view this sale order for this co number....

Attached are  the error found - invalid record 0002 and current P00950 row security 

Pls guide me what table else needed to be in this setup ? 

btw, do i need all the tables specified in F98711 for those field MCU  ? 

Their requirement is

userL is able to view this co no 00101  and the b/p  is from 101DMP to 101WHS
