After upgrade to R12 where can I find ap_bank_accounts_all.bank_account_id

We use the bank_account_id in order to feed data into AP invoice interface. In R12 due to the data model change (introduction of IBY) we noticed that there is no correspondence between ap_bank_accounts_all.bank_account_id and IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS.ext_bank_account_id. We need to do the mapping between the two, though, so can anyone point where in R12 we can locate ap_bank_accounts_all.bank_account_id?
