ACR 614 corrupted our signal

hi,


My customer has installed ACR614 in July 2013 and this ACR corrupted the SetFieldValue Signal (I see 2 workspaces records and 2 active versions with no end date).

I'm going to delete the duplicate records and update manually the signal to include what ACR614 was supposed to add in the first place.


I compared signal versions before and after the ACR was "installed" and could not find differences, I believe this ACR was not even correctly installed (in addition to screwing my signal). Nobody from the customer has a clue about this ACR.

Problem:

  1. the ACR zip file is not provided with Siebel tools
