Dear community members:


This is my first post here for my Oracle career, I hope I can have satisfied user experience.


I downloaded a 14614795 opatch patch and want to install it. When I tried installing it, it gave me the above error message as in the post subject. I remember I just upgraded my opatch to the newest version, is this the problem.


Please help, thank you in advance.
